FAQ

We Love To Help! So Here Are The Answer To Your Most Common Questions!

  • Do I have the right to choose my repair shop even if my insurance company is paying for the repair?

Yes!! You have the right to have your car repaired at any shop you choose. Your insurance company must legally pay a reasonable cost to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition according to your purchased coverage. Your insurance policy will specify what coverage you have.

We have adopted repair procedures that will result in the best repair possible, both structurally and cosmetically. For example, we remove moldings before painting, rustproof new and welded panels, four-wheel alignments with structural repairs, blending and clear coating for color match, etc. — all covered in most insurance policies.

  • Will you arrange a rental car for us?

We prefer to refer customers needing a rental car to a local rental agency. We would be happy to assist you.

  • Is the repair of my vehicle guaranteed?

    Yes!! Call us for Details.

  • Will the new paint match the old paint on my car?

Yes!! We take pride in matching the color of your car through tinting and blending techniques to ensure a good paint match. This is an additional procedure in the repair to provide top-quality work.

  • How long will it take to repair my car?

The time it will take to repair your vehicle is determined by the severity of the damages. We will fix it as soon as possible.

  • What is QRP or Aftermarket?

QRP (Quality Replacement Part) or Aftermarket is a term used in the industry to refer to a part manufactured by someone other than the vehicle's “Original Equipment Manufacturer” (OEM).

  • What are LKQ parts?

LKQ (Like kind and Quality), simply put, are used parts. They are auto parts initially manufactured by the builder of your vehicle. The quality and fit will be the same as new parts; they have been on another car. The use of LKQ parts, when appropriate, can reduce the cost of repairs. We will advise you of the appropriate usage. We inspect used parts for damage and reject any parts that won’t pass our high-quality standards.

  • What is hazardous waste removal?

Being environmentally conscientious is everyone’s responsibility. We dispose of the waste generated by repairing your vehicle according to federal, state, and local regulations.

  • What if my insurance company is paying for the repairs?

We provide you and your insurance company with an itemized repair bill. You are expected to pay full price for your repair when you receive and are satisfied with your car. We can also accept direct payment from your insurance.
